To connect your Strava account:

  1. In Fitbod settings, find the “Connected Apps” section, and tap on Strava.
  2. Sign into your Strava account. If you haven’t created a Strava account, either download Strava or sign up at Strava.com
  3. When you finish and log your workout, you will see an option to post to your Strava account.
