Before joining Fitbod, Alisa gained valuable experience at BodySpec, where she honed her skills in customer engagement and success. Her educational background in Neuroscience and Kinesiology, combined with her practical experience as a personal trainer, provides her with a unique perspective on fitness and customer service. Alisa is passionate about creating a seamless, supportive environment that encourages users to achieve their fitness goals.

Looking ahead, Alisa is excited about expanding the Customer Success department to include a dedicated customer education team.
