Fitbod Beta Testing Program — FAQs

Since launching fitbod, the beta group has played a critical role in not only ensuring a quality, bug-free release, but also in shaping how fitbod works today and influencing our product roadmap for the future. If you’re interested in participating in the Fitbod Beta Program, please send us a note at [email protected]

How to install beta builds

Once we enroll you in the Beta program, you will receive an invitation email from Apple to join the fitbod beta group. You will be prompted to install the free TestFlight app from the App Store. Once you accept your invitation, you’ll be able to download a beta version of fitbod. If you already have the live app installed on your device, the beta version of the app will replace the live version, keeping your data intact. We do not currently utilize the “Redeem” button in testflight.

Where is the latest beta build in Testflight

Please note that you can download the Beta version in Testflight until we release in the App Store, where it will be available to the public. If you don’t see the beta build available in test flight, there’s likely an issue with iTunes. Try clicking through the link from the iTunes email again.

What are the risks of beta testing?

As a fitbod Beta member, you’ll have early access to new features and functionality prior to the public release. Please understand that there’s an increased risk of encountering bugs, glitches, and crashes with beta releases. If you’d prefer to use the well-tested app store version, simply reply to this email indicating that you’d like to be removed from the beta group.
