What Is Fitbod’s cancelation policy? 

Your Fitbod subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing period—once a month or once a year, depending on your plan type.

You can cancel automatic renewal of your Fitbod subscription at any point during the billing period. After canceling renewal, your Fitbod membership will remain active until the final day of the billing cycle, at which point your membership will automatically expire.

How to Cancel Fitbod

You will need to cancel your Fitbod subscription using the same method you used for your subscription—either the Fitbod website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. If you try one method and do not see an option to cancel, please try another method.

To cancel your Fitbod subscription purchased on our website (app.fitbod.me), please perform the following steps: On any browser, go to app.fitbod.me, and sign into your Fitbod account. Under Your Plan, select Cancel

To cancel a Fitbod subscription purchased on the Apple App Store, please perform the following steps on your iPhone:

Can I Get A Refund On Fitbod? 

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, you can have your subscription transaction canceled and refunded within ten (10) calendar days of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. After the ten day window, your subscription purchase is final, and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Can I Pause My Fitbod Subscription Instead of Canceling? 

No, you cannot pause your Fitbod subscription, nor can we offer a partial refund for any time unused. If you can no longer use Fitbod at this time, please follow the above steps to cancel renewal for your subscription. 
Once you’re ready to use Fitbod again, you can resubscribe on our website (fitbod.me), the Apple App Store, or Google Play.

Can I Use Fitbod Without A Subscription? 

New users are provided with a trial period of 3 free workouts to see if Fitbod is a good fit. After this trial period, if you do not purchase a subscription, you will no longer be able to start or log workouts. As a result, you will no longer be getting personalized workouts that maximize your progress.

One thing that sets Fitbod a step above other apps is our continued dedication to improving the Fitbod experience for our users. To do this, we charge a subscription fee. While other “freemium” fitness apps may offer a no-cost option, they generally display bothersome ads, sell user data, or simply fail to adequately maintain the app or provide support to their users when needed. We believe that this would be a disruption and disservice to our users.

Your subscription fee allows us to have a motivated, inspired team who will always look for ways to add value to the user experience. We are constantly working to evolve Fitbod by learning from our users, and our dedicated Fitbod community is what guides us to success.

What happens when I cancel? 

After canceling your Fitbod subscription, your membership will remain active until the final day of the billing cycle, at which point, your membership will automatically expire, and you will be unable to start and log workouts.

Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription, if you are currently receiving a discounted or legacy subscription price, you will lose access to your current renewal price. When you resubscribe, you will be prompted to purchase a new subscription at our current rate.

Can I resubscribe later? 

Yes, if you canceled your Fitbod subscription and you’d like to start using Fitbod again, you can resubscribe by purchasing a new subscription on our website, the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you resubscribe, you will be able to pick up right where you left off.

Do I lose my data if I cancel?

No. If you decide to cancel your subscription, your logged workouts and workout data will continue to be available to you to view on the Log tab of the app even after your membership expires.

I accidentally created multiple accounts or subscriptions. How do I cancel one?

If you accidentally purchased a second subscription or you are being billed twice, please email us at [email protected], and we will correct this as soon as possible.
