    1. Stand behind the Balance Trainer in a platform side up position.
    2. Place the hands on the platform handles and step back into plank position.
    3. Pull one knee in toward the chest, then quickly jump and switch legs.
    4. Alternate legs, increasing speed to increase intensity.
    5. Keep the core braced throughout the exercise.
