    Instructions for Proper Form

This exercise primarily targets your calves. By walking only on your toes, you force your calves to remain engaged and contracted for the duration of the exercise. This is an effective way to build function strength in your calves.

    1. Grasp a kettlebell in each hand and position them at your sides.
    2. Contract your calves to raise your heels off the ground.
    3. Walk forwards while keeping your weight on the balls of your feet.
    4. Maintain good posture by keeping your shoulders back, your chest up, and your knees slightly bent.
    5. You should feel this exercise in your calves.
