This stretch involves holding a PVC pipe overhead and slowly moving it behind you. It primarily targets the shoulder muscles, increasing shoulder mobility and flexibility. Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart holding onto a PVC pipe with an overhand grip just outside of shoulder width apart in front of your hips.
Raise the PVC pipe with your extended arms in a circular motion overhead and continue the circular motion until the PVC pipe reaches your lower back.
Controllable reverse the motion to the starting position.
