    Instructions for Proper Form

Reach Behind and Open is a dynamic stretch that primarily targets the chest and shoulders. This exercise involves standing or kneeling while reaching one arm behind your body and then opening it up towards the ceiling. This movement helps to improve shoulder mobility and open up the chest, making it a great addition to warm-up routines or mobility sessions.

    1. Stand upright with your feet shoulder width apart.
    2. Bring your right hand behind your back and up until your hand is between your shoulder blades.
    3. Bring your left arm overhead and bend your left elbow to drop your left hand to the tips of your right fingers and press your chest forward to feel a comfortable stretch.
    4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds and repeat with the opposite side.
