    Instructions for Proper Form

Shin Box Quad is a dynamic stretch that primarily targets the hips and quads. By seamlessly transitioning between different positions, this exercise enhances hip mobility and flexibility. It also engages the core for stability throughout the movement, making it a beneficial addition for improving overall lower body mobility and coordination.

    1. Sit upright on the floor with your left knee bent and left thigh directly in front of your left hip.
    2. Bend your right knee to the outside of your right hip so that your lower left leg is facing behind you.
    3. Place your hands behind your hips for balance and lean your torso backward until you feel a comfortable stretch in the front of your right thigh.
    4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds and repeat with the opposite side.
